Tell as many people as you can, then let them love you. Find old friends, spend time with your family. Get a pet. This concept goes against how some may respond.
Believe that God wants the best for you. This is actually the key. Believe that there is a reason for your existence on this planet. Believe that there is a unifying force of energy behind it all that supports us all in our choices and actions.
